Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Presales Solution Architect to join our team. This role is crucial in driving successful sales engagements by combining technical acumen with business insight. You will collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to understand client needs, design optimal solutions, and develop winning proposals. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and a deep understanding of data architecture, cloud platforms, and presales processes. What You ll Do Solution Architecture & Design Design scalable, secure, and robust solution architectures for enterprise clients. Develop cloud-native, hybrid, and on-premises data architectures using platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. Evaluate and recommend the right mix of technologies and services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Power BI, Fabric, etc.). Design conceptual/logical/physical data models and implement data governance practices including data lineage and access control. Create efficient and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics and AI-driven outcomes. Presales & Client Engagement Translate business requirements into compelling technical proposals and presentations. Support the sales cycle by responding to RFPs/RFIs, delivering solution walkthroughs, and addressing client queries. Present solutions to technical and business stakeholders, demonstrating clear business value and ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and delivery to co-create winning bids. Thought Leadership & Process Excellence Continuously explore innovations in data analytics and AI to strengthen Kanerika's solution offerings. Mentor internal teams on solution best practices and quality-first development approaches. Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with client goals, business context, and industry trends. What You ll Bring 10+ years of experience in data analytics, AI technologies, and solution architecture. Proven experience in presales or solution design roles with strong exposure to client interactions. Bachelor s degree in Engineering/Technology or MCA from a reputed institution. Certifications in data engineering, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), or analytics are a strong plus. Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and hands-on experience with Azure services. Familiarity with integration of APIs, real-time messaging systems, and scalable application frameworks. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities. High emotional intelligence (EQ) and adaptability under pressure. Position: Core Java Developer Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Core Java developer to design and build high-quality, mission-critical applications. This role requires creating well-defined requirements and design specifications using UML and MS-Visio and applying proven design patterns where applicable. The developer will also be responsible for tracking project timelines and deliverables using tools like JIRA to ensure visibility for the team, customers, and management. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications that ensure high availability and performance in mission-critical systems. Lifecycle Contribution: Contribute throughout all stages of the development lifecycle, from design to implementation and deployment. Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug code, including code written by others, to resolve issues effectively. Documentation: Properly document code to ensure clarity and maintainability. Testing & Reporting: Perform unit testing and generate detailed test reports to ensure functionality and stability. Coordination: Work closely with the QA team during the System Integration Testing (SIT) phase to ensure successful deployment. Scalability & Performance: Ensure that the codebase remains scalable and optimized for high performance. Qualifications: Education: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. in Computer Science or related field. Preferred Skills: Strong proficiency in Core Java, including collections, threading, and networking. Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services for building scalable APIs. Knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Familiarity with RDBMS and experience with databases. Proficient in Eclipse IDE for development.
