You will work closely with our development and product teams to ensure that design specifications are met, resulting in intuitive and aesthetically pleasing web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: Web/UI Design: Design high-quality, responsive web pages and UI elements for web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are executed accurately. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and assets for websites, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns. User Experience (UX): Focus on delivering the best online user experience by designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Prototyping and Wireframing: Use Adobe XD and other prototyping tools to develop and present interactive prototypes and wireframes. Visual Design: Ensure the overall aesthetics of the web and mobile apps align with brand guidelines and user expectations. User Flow and Process Flow: Map out user flows and process flows to ensure seamless navigation and interaction within apps or websites. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and provide design solutions that meet project goals. Skills & Experience Required: Adobe Photoshop: Proficient in creating graphics, layouts, and high-fidelity visual designs. Adobe Illustrator: Experience with vector illustrations and creating scalable graphics. Adobe Acrobat: Ability to use Acrobat for handling and editing PDF files. Adobe XD: Strong knowledge of designing interactive prototypes and wireframes. Prototype & Wireframing: Experience in developing prototypes and wireframes to demonstrate design concepts and functionality. Visual Design: Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design. User Flow & Process Flow: Ability to create and map out user flows and process flows for better user experience. Key Qualities for Success: Creativity: Strong sense of creativity to produce innovative design solutions. Attention to Detail: Meticulous with every aspect of the design, ensuring consistency and precision. Communication Skills: Ability to present design ideas and explain design concepts clearly.
