Code Quality: Write high-quality, maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for the back-end systems and codebase. Training & Mentoring: Provide training to team members and mentor them to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest technologies and development practices. Status Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly project status reports to the Project Manager. Required Skills and Experience: Languages: In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and other front-end technologies. Frameworks: Familiarity with React.js, Node.js, and other related tools and frameworks. Backend Technologies: Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (such as Java, PHP, or Node.js). Databases: Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL. Version Control: Experience using GitHub or similar version control systems. User Interface Design: Exposure to user interface design and integrating front-end with back-end functionalities. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and the team. Team Management: Prior experience in leading a team of developers and ensuring project delivery on time.
