Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for Salesforce implementations. Ensure quality and reliability of Salesforce B2C & B2B Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce applications. Utilize QA tools and frameworks such as Selenium, QTP, TestNG, JIRA, and HP ALM. Work with automation frameworks and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Apex. Analyze Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration points to improve test coverage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. Provide detailed test reports, defect tracking, and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA, focusing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrations. Experience with test automation frameworks and manual testing methodologies. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
