Collaboration in Agile Environment: Actively participate in Agile Scrum teams and design sprints to deliver effective and high-quality user experiences. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven Experience: Minimum of 3+ years as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role with a portfolio showcasing your design projects. Figma Expertise: At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience with Figma (daily use), demonstrating proficiency in UI design and prototyping. Agile Methodology: In-depth understanding of Agile Scrum principles and design sprints for rapid delivery of user interfaces.
