Key Responsibilities: User Research & Collaboration: Gather and evaluate user requirements in close collaboration with product managers and engineers to define project goals. Design Documentation: Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. UI/UX Design: Design graphic user interface elements, including navigation buttons, search fields, and other interface components. Prototype Development: Create UI mockups and interactive prototypes that effectively demonstrate how sites function and look like. Responsive Design: Troubleshoot and resolve UX problems, ensuring that designs are responsive across devices. User Feedback: Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback to optimize the user interface. Style Adherence: Ensure consistency in design by adhering to established style standards for fonts, colors, and images. Collaboration in Agile Environment: Actively participate in Agile Scrum teams and design sprints to deliver effective and high-quality user experiences. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven Experience: Minimum of 3+ years as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role with a portfolio showcasing your design projects. Figma Expertise: At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience with Figma (daily use), demonstrating proficiency in UI design and prototyping. Agile Methodology: In-depth understanding of Agile Scrum principles and design sprints for rapid delivery of user interfaces. Design Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with design tools such as Figma (primary tool), Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to brainstorm and collaborate effectively during daily stand-ups. Wireframes and Prototypes: Experience creating User Stories, Wireframes, Mock-ups, and Interactive Prototypes.
