Reporting to the Manager Finance & Operations, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in vendor management, cost analysis, and ensuring timely and quality supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Compare and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with vendors to optimize cost and delivery. Track and monitor purchase orders to guarantee timely deliveries. Review and ensure the quality of purchased electronic components. Accurately enter and maintain order details, including vendor information, quantities, and prices. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices. Prepare detailed purchase reports including cost analyses and job costing. Monitor stock levels and proactively place purchase orders to avoid shortages. Research, evaluate, and liaise with vendors to support effective vendor sourcing practices. Understand and apply supply chain procedures to streamline procurement processes. Generate monthly inventory reports and maintain organizational records. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in purchase or procurement, preferably in electronics components. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Solid analytical skills with experience in job costing and cost analysis. Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management processes. Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping and reporting abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
