Position: Technical Member Hardware Designation: Assistant Manager Experience Required: 4 Years Location: Pune Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Member Hardware to join our hardware design team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PCB design, circuit simulation, and testing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge embedded systems hardware alongside an expert team. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the design and development of hardware systems as part of the hardware design team. Design PCBs and perform component selection based on design requirements. Simulate circuit schematics and analyze performance. Operate high-end testing and debugging equipment in a lab environment. Perform precision soldering, including handling of SMD components. Assist in prototyping, validation, and troubleshooting of hardware systems. Contribute to documentation and design reviews. Preferred Skills: Experience with PCB design tools and simulation software. Proficient in using lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc. Knowledge of soldering techniques and handling fine-pitch components. Exposure to RF design will be considered a strong advantage. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. 4+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
