As the ASIC Platform Software Architect, you ll bridge the gap between software requirements and hardware design. Your role will be pivotal in influencing the architecture and implementation of custom silicon systems, ensuring alignment with software capabilities, performance targets, and user experience goals. You ll collaborate across software and hardware teams to ensure optimal functionality and integration. You will also play a key role in hardware/software trade-off discussions and will help evolve future hardware designs by leveraging insights from current product implementations. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to translate user experience requirements into hardware/software architecture. Define and design software interfaces that enable developers to fully utilize hardware accelerators and system IPs. Evaluate and guide interactions between hardware blocks and software layers, identifying and resolving architectural issues. Work with hardware and implementation teams to align software capabilities with silicon features. Influence and improve next-generation hardware design by incorporating lessons from productization and reducing technical debt. Job Summary: We are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Lead Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM). The candidate should have strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion, with at least 4 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various HCM modules, including Payroll, Data Integration, and Reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Projects: Oversee and lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Manage functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Prepare Functional Design and specifications to meet business requirements. 2. HCM Module Expertise: Strong understanding of core Oracle Fusion HCM modules (including Payroll, Master Data, and Data Upload). Implement and configure solutions for Custom Role Creation, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, and DFF/Flex Field configurations. 3. Data Integration & Extracts: Hands-on experience with Fusion HCM Extracts for data extraction and processing. Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Integration tools like HDL, FBL, and SDL for building and enhancing integrations to third-party tools. 4. Approval Management & Security: Expertise in Fusion Approval Management, Security Model, and configuring roles and access. 5. Methodology & Process: Familiarity with OUM Methodology and best practices for Oracle Fusion HCM. Conduct unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support post-go-live activities. 6. Collaboration & Team Leadership: Work closely with business teams to understand functional requirements and provide techno-functional guidance. Lead and mentor team members throughout the implementation process. 7. Reporting and Analytics: Expertise in creating and customizing OTBI Reports and BI Publisher reports to provide insights and improve decision-making. Required Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of experience as an HCM Functional Consultant with a minimum of 4 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. Modules Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Fusion Security Model, Data Upload, Master Data, and Custom Role Creation. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Fusion HCM Extracts and Oracle Fusion Data Integration tools (HDL, FBL, SDL). Proficient in creating OTBI Reports, BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formula, DFF/Flex Fields. Familiarity with VBCS, PCS, and Autonomous Database. Methodology: Knowledge of OUM Methodology for implementing Oracle Fusion HCM.
