Collaborative Campaign Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visually striking campaigns that resonate with audiences across the USA, EU, and beyond. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all design outputs, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across platforms. Trend Integration: Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, incorporating them into our design processes to keep our visuals fresh and innovative. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design assets that meet business needs and deadlines. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as product development and sales to create creative design solutions that support cross-functional initiatives. Brand Guidelines Maintenance: Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure a unified and cohesive visual identity across all materials. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. Experience: 5-9 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing modern design aesthetics and previous work. Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with additional design software such as Figma or CorelDRAW is a plus. Branding Expertise: Strong understanding of branding principles and maintaining brand consistency across various designs and platforms. Design Sensibility: Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to typography, color theory, user-system interaction, and composition. UX/UI Knowledge: Knowledge of UX/UI principles is advantageous. Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Video Editing Skills: Experience working with Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus but not mandatory.
