As a part of our team, you will be responsible for managing and scaling our cloud infrastructure, automating processes, and ensuring the stability of containerized applications. Responsibilities: 24/7 Support of Cloud Services: Provide round-the-clock support for DXC's production cloud offerings, managing incidents, service requests, and executing changes in a timely manner. Actively monitor and support the availability and performance of cloud systems, ensuring optimal service. Proactive Service Improvement: Continuously enhance the service by driving automation, addressing incident root causes, and suggesting more agile and effective ways of working.
