Provide timely and professional customer support, ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently and accurately. Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a web hosting company. Linux Red Hat certification is preferred. Strong proficiency with Linux commands and command-line operations. Hands-on experience with cPanel & Plesk control panels.
