In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of electron beam (e-beam) machines used in the curing process for wires and cables. This position is critical to ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety in the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor e-beam machines for wire and cable curing. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime. Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate operational records. Monitor production output and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality standards. Follow strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with radiation safety guidelines as instructed by RSO (Radiation Safety Officer). Read and interpret blueprints and schematics relevant to the curing process. Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and correct defects. Maintain knowledge of rewinding machine defects and implement corrective actions. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all safety equipment is used properly. Key Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on experience operating e-beam machines (preferred in cable manufacturing industry). Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work instructions. Familiarity with defect control, rewinding machines, and production quality checks. Strong understanding of safety protocols in handling e-beam or radiation-emitting equipment. Knowledge of basic cable and wire production standards. Proficiency in recording accurate data and performing quality checks. BARC Certification (mandatory) for working with Gamma and Electron Beam equipment. Preferred Experience: Prior work in the cable manufacturing industry with direct e-beam machine handling. Exposure to radiation safety and working under the guidance of RSO. Qualification : Any Graduate

(Chemical, Polymer, or related engineering preferred) Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Industry Type: Electrical Equipment / Cable Manufacturing Job Description: We are looking for an experienced PVC Compounding Plant Manager to oversee operations at our PVC compounding facility. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of PVC raw materials, formulation processes, and production management to ensure smooth plant operations and maintain high product quality. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the PVC compounding plant ensuring efficiency and safety Oversee PVC raw material usage and formulation processes to meet production specifications Monitor and control process parameters and machine performance to optimize production quality and output Ensure compounding is executed strictly as per formulation standards and company quality policies Manage plant manpower, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, compounds, and finished goods Troubleshoot process issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the plant Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), preferably Chemical, Polymer, or related disciplines 8 to 10 years of experience managing PVC compounding plants or relevant production facilities Strong understanding of PVC raw materials, formulations, and compounding technology Proven leadership and manpower management skills Knowledge of production monitoring, process control, and stock management Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Qualification : Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), preferably Chemical, Polymer, or related disciplines
