Drive the formal acceptance process, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment in accordance with the contract terms. Communicate project status and resolve any issues, ensuring a positive customer experience. Apply contract and claims management in alignment with ABB policies and contractual agreements. Qualifications for the Role: Education: BE in Electrical Engineering. Experience: 5+ years of experience, preferably in the electrical industry. Project Goal Setting & Planning: Define project goals and develop actionable plans to meet those goals. Ensure that the project scope, timeline, and deliverables are clearly understood by all stakeholders. Time & Budget Management: Maintain and manage project timeframes, ensuring that all phases of the project stay on schedule. Provide accurate budgeting estimates and maintain strict control over project costs. Resource Management: Manage the resources needed for projects, including computer equipment, personnel, and other materials. Methodologies & Software Development: Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and various software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
