What You Bring to the Table: Education & Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. 5-8 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or Service Designer. Design Expertise Strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design breadth and depth, including design processes. Experience in designing multi-platform experiences across mobile, web, and gaming interfaces. Expertise in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc. Understanding of Material Design, Interaction Design, Motion Design, and Visual Storytelling. Analytical & Product Thinking Experience working with data-driven design decisions, leveraging user insights and A/B testing. Ability to define and improve key design and product performance metrics.
