Current Openings: 02 Job Description We are looking for Software Testers to join our team. As a Software Tester, you ll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software before it reaches users. You ll be responsible for both manual and automated testing to verify the readiness of software for deployment. With your attention to detail and structured approach, you will ensure our software meets the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manual Testing: Perform thorough manual testing, ensuring quality and functionality meet specified requirements. Automation Testing: Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver. Programming Skills: Write software development code for testing in C# or Java. Testing Frameworks: Experience working with testing frameworks such as MSTest, NUnit, or TestNG. Debugging & Execution: Build automation scripts, debug errors, execute tests, analyze results, and maintain automation scripts. UI Testing: Analyze and understand application user interfaces for thorough testing. Database & API Testing: Conduct Database testing and API testing to ensure systems function smoothly. Version Control: Use version control tools like Git and Bitbucket to manage code changes. CI/CD & Load Testing: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter) would be an advantage. Required Skills & Experience 1 year of experience in manual testing. Strong experience with Test Automation using Selenium WebDriver. Proficiency in C# or Java for software development and testing. Familiarity with MSTest, NUnit, or TestNG frameworks. Hands-on experience with Database and API testing. Version control experience using Git and Bitbucket. CI/CD pipeline and load testing knowledge (a plus). Job Title: Quality Analyst We are seeking talented Quality Analysts who are eager to contribute to the development of scalable and secure functionality within our Quality platform. Primary Objectives: Complete training sessions provided by senior team members and the Team Leader. Execute test cases in line with the test plans. Report bugs and errors according to established procedures. Take responsibility for creating and executing test cases for new and updated products or components. Suggest improvements to testing processes. Contribute to improving application performance and product quality. Follow instructions from Senior QA and Team Leader to complete testing tasks. Provide daily progress reports to the Team Leader. Assist in training junior QA team members. Continuously update and improve technical skills and knowledge. Technical Skills You Should Have: Strong ability to learn new techniques and technologies quickly. Solid knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with the Bug Life Cycle. Experience with different types of testing, including regression, integration, smoke, sanity, black-box, usability, and alpha testing. Proficiency in creating test plans, requirement specifications, test scenarios, and test cases. Ability to translate business requirements into actionable test cases. Creativity and initiative to improve and optimize product test cases. Strong skills in identifying, isolating, and communicating bugs effectively. Proficiency with Redmine bug tracking tool. Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with team members and other departments. Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Basic knowledge of automation testing is a plus.
