Requirements Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 3+ years in Flutter and Dart. Expertise in state management solutions like Provider, GetX, RiverPod or Bloc. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Expertise in converting Figma designs to functional and responsive Flutter code. Experience in implementing notifications, location services, and payment systems. Proven experience in publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Experience with Flutter-supported databases. Proven ability to mentor junior developers, support their growth, and foster a collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience in native development for Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
