Job Overview: As a Product Designer, you will work alongside a team of Product Designers, Product Managers and Developers to drive design research, ideation, and execution across all our product PODs Key Responsibilities: Be well versed and up to date on mobile and dashboard design patterns. Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and refine product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Usability test proposed solutions to refine the final product further. Create and maintain design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterations as necessary. Qualifications: Prior experience or Degree in interaction design or related fields, such as user experience (UX) design, human-computer interaction (HCI) or graphic design. 2-4 years of experience in product design or a related role. A portfolio showcasing your design work and demonstrating your design process. Good understanding of the trends, best practices, and interface/interaction guidelines for Web, Android, and iOS platforms. Proficiency in Figma. Exceptional UX and UI design capabilities and a strong understanding of core design principles. A good understanding of design research and deriving behavioural analytics for design decisions. Good understanding of front-end UI/UX principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to their team.
