Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement website updates and landing pages. Maintain and enhance user experience (UX) across Gramener s websites, ensuring mobile responsiveness and adherence to UX best practices. Manage and update WordPress content and themes, improving site performance and functionality. Design visually appealing digital media assets, ensuring consistency with Gramener s brand guidelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative design ideas for marketing campaigns. Ensure UI style consistency across all landing pages and digital assets. Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of experience in UI/UX development. Hands-on experience in website development, landing page design, and WordPress management to improve UX and maintain brand consistency. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for enhancing user experience. Bachelor s degree in design, web development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). A portfolio demonstrating an understanding of UI/UX design principles such as typography, layout, and color theory. Proficiency in HTML/CSS with experience implementing website changes. Job Description: We are looking for PHP Developers who are passionate about technology and want to be part of an innovative and growth-oriented information technology company. Key Responsibilities: PHP Development: Write clean, logical, well-documented, and reusable code. Develop and maintain web applications using PHP 5 and OOP principles. WordPress Development: Extensive experience in building WordPress CMS websites. Create custom WordPress plugins/widgets to extend website functionality. Integrate themes/templates (from Photoshop layouts through HTML/CSS to a custom theme). WordPress Network (Multisite): Experience with WordPress Multisite (optional but advantageous). Multilingual Websites: Exposure to creating multi-lingual websites is a plus. Skills & Experience Required: PHP Development: Strong knowledge of PHP 5 and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). WordPress Development: Good experience with building WordPress CMS websites. Ability to create plugins/widgets and work with themes. Theme/Template Integration: Experience in integrating designs from Photoshop through HTML/CSS to custom WordPress themes. Optional Skills: WordPress Multisite knowledge is a plus.
