We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C & B2B Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, along with the ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Responsibilities Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security. Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and custom objects. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role. Proven experience with Salesforce B2C & B2B Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders. Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
