Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, reports, and meeting notes. Quality & Process Assurance Enforce best practices in software delivery, QA, and DevOps where applicable. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5 7 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master in technical or software-focused teams Scrum Master or Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) is mandatory Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello) Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Prior experience with enterprise-level digital or data solutions is a strong plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion on time and within scope Be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team delivering innovative digital transformation solutions. Who You Are Must Have: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. 7+ years of experience in automation, testing, and quality assurance. Expert in C#, Selenium WebDriver, XPath/CSS selectors, and design patterns for automation frameworks. Proficient in REST/GraphQL API testing using Postman, RestSharp. Skilled in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling). Familiar with security testing tools (Burp Suite, OWASP Top 10) and secure coding practices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Agile methodology expertise (Scrum/Kanban) and shift-left testing mindset. Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills. Good to Have: Active open-source contributions or GitHub presence in testing frameworks.
