Your Profile Education & Experience Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Master s preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within the automotive industry. Proven experience in managing customer relationships and leading cross-functional teams. Technical Competencies Strong knowledge of production quality systems and methodologies (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D). Process-driven approach with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Working knowledge of industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
