Senior Java Developer

Position Title: Senior Java Developer Microservices, Emerging Technologies & Cloud Integration Location: Bengaluru Bellandur (GTP) Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with deep expertise in microservices architecture, cloud integration, and emerging technologies such as blockchain, IoT, and AI. This role requires a proactive technical leader who can drive innovation, mentor teams, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions leveraging emerging technologies. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business strategies. Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and frameworks to drive innovation. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep solutions future-ready. Required Skills & Competencies Expertise in Java, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong understanding of blockchain, IoT, AI/ML, or other emerging tech. Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle, architecture, and design patterns. Proven ability to lead and guide teams through complex technical challenges. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in Java development and leading tech initiatives. Hands-on experience in implementing projects using emerging technologies. Experience mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated success in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Drive end-to-end project development using Java and relevant tech stacks. Provide technical direction and support to team members. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders. Recommend technology solutions to optimize business processes. Monitor industry advancements and assess relevance to ongoing initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in emerging technologies or cloud platforms are a plus. Soft Skills Strong communication and leadership abilities. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.
