How to get Started?

(It’s a matter of a few clicks!) Step 1 – Fill out the Basic Information.

Select the “Location” of the Workplace. 

Add “Job Title” and “Role” of whichever position you are hiring for.

Select the method you prefer to receive applications in the options below.

Add your “Email Address” on which you want to receive the candidate’s Applications.  

Select whether you want to receive resumes from candidates using the options below. 

Click on “Continue” to proceed further.

Step 2 – Add Job Details. 

Select “Job Type” from the options below, and choose according to your requirements. 

Select the candidate’s “Experiencerequired for the Job Position. 

Provide the “Salary” you will be offering for the Post. 

Note: You can keep this section hidden from candidates by ticking the checkbox below. 

Add how many vacancies you will be offering for that Post.

Click on “Continue” to proceed further.

Step 3 – Add Job Description.

Mention the “Skills” that are required for the Job Role.

Add “Job Description” according to the character limit provided over there. 

Click on “Continue” to proceed further.

Step 4 – Add Qualification Requirement for the Job Role. 

Add Questions regarding “Experience”, “Education”, “Location”, or “Language”. Also, you can add “Custom Question” according to your requirement. 

(You can tick the button below if you only want to receive applications who meet “all” the requirement criteria you have mentioned above.)

Note : In case if you do not want to add any Questions, you can click on “Continue” to proceed further. 

Click on “Continue” to proceed further. 

Step 5 – Preview your Job. 

Confirm all the details that you have provided for the Job Role. If there are any edits, you can go “Back” and edit the information.

Click on “Sponsor your Job” to proceed further.

Step 6 – Set up the Budget for your Sponsor Job. 

Add the “Daily Budget” you will spend to Sponsor this post. 

Add “Cost Per Click” 

Add “Start date” and “End date” of the Sponsored Job. 

Click on “Continue” to proceed further. 

Preview your Daily Budget charges with taxes included, then Click “Add Funds.” 

Choose the Payment Gateway through which you want to add funds and proceed with the payment.

After successfully making your payment, your job will be live as a “Sponsored Job, as you can see above.
