KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Enter GRN (Goods Received Notes) into ERP for all stock received — same day Process stock transfer data entry — inter-store, warehouse to store, returns to vendor Update master data — new SKUs, price changes, promotions in ERP Cross-verify invoice data with ERP entries for accuracy Data entry for returns, damages, expiries — with proper reason codes Support audit queries with transaction records and documentation Assist with month-end closing data entries Verify GRN physical quantity vs. invoice vs. PO before entry Maintain daily data entry log with timestamps Flag any discrepancies (quantity mismatch, price mismatch) to Store Manager / Dept. Supervisor Support cycle counting by providing ERP stock reports Coordinate with Accounts team for invoice-related data queries
