As part of our development team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications across the full software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Analyze user and system requirements to define software solutions. Design flowcharts and diagrams to outline application architecture. Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code using Java, Spring Boot, and other Java-based technologies. Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Design and develop intuitive user interfaces and front-end interactions. Prioritize and manage tasks throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timeline adherence. Participate in Agile or Waterfall project execution models as needed. Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical specifications, and architecture artifacts. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development. Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices. Experience with Java frameworks such as JSF, Hibernate, Struts, and EJB. Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Familiarity with MySQL; MongoDB is a plus. Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and various SDLC stages. Working knowledge of GIT for version control. Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to adapt and switch between technologies with ease. Preferred Attributes Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience in creating and managing technical documentation.
