Job Title: HubSpot CRM Developer Reports To: Technical Lead / Engineering Manager Location: Mumbai Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading the design, development, and implementation of HubSpot CRM solutions, including customizations, integrations, and automation workflows. You will work closely with design, management, and clients to architect scalable, maintainable solutions that meet business goals and align with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead HubSpot CRM Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of HubSpot CRM solutions, ensuring customization, integration, and automation workflows meet the business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, management, and clients, to gather requirements and develop robust solutions. Customization and Integration: Customize HubSpot modules, templates, and APIs to address specific business requirements. Architect scalable and maintainable solutions for CRM and marketing automation, optimizing HubSpot performance. Optimization and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot HubSpot-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and resolving any roadblocks that may arise. Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and updates, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Mentorship and Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for HubSpot implementation and integration, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards. Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure smooth and efficient HubSpot implementation and integration. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Experience: 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on CMS/CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot). Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS/CRM, including proficiency in HubSpot APIs, workflows, custom objects, and integrations. Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue. Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize HubSpot performance. Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications (Preferred): HubSpot Developer Certification or similar certifications are preferred.
