Purposeof the Role: To take full ownership of the Indian CRMpromotional strategy across multiple channels; Website, Email, SMS.
Key Responsibilities:
Create multi-channel CRM Campaigns for thebusiness, including email, direct mail, SMS marketing and site/mobilemessaging.
Deliver CRM Campaign consistency betweenoutbound communication channels and website assets
Ensure process is followed and all Campaigns arethoroughly tested before rollout
Adhere to brand guidelines and latest regulatoryrequirements to ensure compliant delivery of all outbound communication
Driving forward performance of email marketingin terms of Open Rate, Click Through Rate and ROI, whilst reducing unsubscribedrates.
Work closely with Marketing Planner, Design,Copy, Loyalty and BI teams to plan, execute and analyse all CRM activity
Adhering to CRM planning calendar to ensure thatall campaigns are delivered in a timely manner and within pre-approveddeadlines.
Ensuring timely and on target configuration andexecution of CRM campaigns.
Maintaining consistent contact with customers andoptimising customer journey across products and platforms.
Co-ordinating between stakeholders to ensureefficient creation and execution of campaigns.
Driving flexible and creative CRM initiatives
Supporting the CS and Product Teams by dealing withplayer query escalations pertaining to campaign configuration, target audience,suppression criteria, contact rules etc.
Other responsibilities:
Escalatingissues to the Head of Customer Communications, UK Country Manager and BI Team asappropriate.
Undertakingother reasonable duties as instructed by senior management.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Solid written and spoken English
- Minimum 1-year experience in configuring communication across media of email, SMS, Push and Direct Mail.
- Customer focus and commitment to excellent service.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications, particularly Excel and Access.
Good working knowledge in HTML coding for emails.
Advanced analytical skills.
Excellentverbal and written communication skills in English.
Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
Proactive and results driven approach.
Good organisation and prioritising abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Desired Skills and Abilities
Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
Recent experience in a gaming executive role(CRM, Product or Operations).

Good report writing skills.
Required - Good command over English,Hindi
