What will you do day-to-day?

• Day to day Accounting transactions in Tally-ERP 9
• Ensuring Correct Billing/Invoicing to customers
• Conducting Customers Reconciliations in the markets and resolving the disputes in case of gaps
• Ensuring accuracy with respect to posting of expense to general ledger & accurate cost center
• Manage and execute Operating Working Capital analysis (ageing of receivables, overdue receivables & inventory, noncurrent stock, clearance, accounts payable) by actively collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Manage the P&L for the month and call out for exceptions during the month timely to meet the planned numbers for the month
• Driving the State/Brand-wise Profitability and Investment Analysis and Reporting on a monthly basis to the corporate finance team

What are we looking for?

Education: Either B.Com/M.Com/CMA

Experience: 3 to 8 years

Preferably from Alcohol or FMCG industry

Should have hands-on experience in Inventory management

Knowledge of various returns, bill preparation and entry of purchase bills in Tally.

Must be excellent at crunching numbers & able to understand the impact of any transaction in numbers terms

Excellent functional knowledge of accounting systems, processes, fund flow management, statutory compliances, taxation, MIS reporting to senior management

Must have good oral and in writing communication skills
