Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the performance management cycle right from KRA-setting to performance and leadership competency review, normalization and increment and promotion cycle
  • Support development and application of guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for a range of talent management initiatives / programs
  • Execute career paths & succession planning frameworks and systems
  • Build a culture of reward and recognition in the organization, with adequate controls in place. Follow guidelines and use innovative ways for assimilation of AIR (Alive, Inclusive & Respectful) values in the organization
  • Lead the Learning and Development need identification and plan for the fulfillment of the same for the function
