Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Managing Operations - Provisioning & Customer Billing
Eliminating process & system defects through automation
New plans, schemes & product launch - To ensure customer journey is stitched, system readiness done and performance tracked
System reconciliations & closure - to ensure single information across systems. Automating the process with complete tracking
Tracking of KPIs & Customers Requests (Calls / Orders / SRs)

Calls Listening of billing & provisioning to ensure gaps are identified and fixed by making process / policy changesNew city launch / configuration (as per need)Managing iCRM level configurations SR, FTR, Workflows, TAT, Assignment data, Pin code, City, Circle, Technology, Reason / Sub reasons details addition / modification / deletion.Process re-engineering innovatively, convincing transformation & IT team on delivery by ensuring cost saving
