Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

1.Operation & Maintenance of of RAN network. , Maintain up time of 2G/3G/4G sites.2. Governance with Managed Services Partners to improve mobility operation kpi .3. BSC/RNC maintenance ,Ater augmentation , TRX capacity addition, Redundancy checks .4. Hygiene checks of 4G network . zero traffic cell ,SDI/SDO, sync alarms ,packet loss. 5. Operation & Maintenance ofIBS sites , infra upgradation & PM at IBS sites. 6. Restoration of locked/haltedsites by coordinating to tocos .7. Timely resolved customer complaints of key , major and strategic accounts.8. CMO validation and signed off with toco and partner . 9. Bill validation of toco and vendors.10.Opex optimization and cost reduction.11. Timely resolved alarms and operation hygiene tts. 12. Process implementation and adherence for smooth operation.Major Challenges :To improve and maintain customer Network Experience.
Skills Required :
Good Knowledge of Mobility network .Hands on Experience on Nokia equipment 4G BTS /BSC /RNC .Work experience on transport , Microwave links/ CEN network /Fiber connectivity .Leadership, Motivation and People Mana

7 to 9 Years
