Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop R/F& GRP targets at campaign level on the basis of the agreed TA definition
  • Develop a campaign wise & Circle wise plan to cover each of the following media: TV, Print, Radio, outdoor, digital and any other media and ensure competitive benchmarking within & outside the category
  • Be responsible for the entire process from briefing to development and execution of a plan
  • identify new opportunities on digital and coordinate with internal & external stakeholders on digital
  • Ensure that each campaign delivers the agreed annual CPRP targets
  • Work with SCM to deliver contracts as per agreed targets
  • Create rate benchmarks for digital and ensure delivery of the same
  • Develop a relationship with digital vendors to ensure we get a preferred access to media opportunities
  • Ensure analytics based solutions and underpin all media decisions
  • Develop programs to identify best media solutions on a circle to circle basis and ensure maximum media efficiency for each campaign
  • Manage the digital budgets and efficiencies and ensure compliance with annual guidelines
  • Liaise with brand and product team for most effective deployment and efficient solutions for each campaign
  • Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns based on agreed annual guidelines. Also, track the performance of campaigns based on agreed objectives

Skills Required :

  • Negotiation skills / experience in buying deals
