Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES.Drive network uptime1. Maintain Infra CP uptime as per given target by management.2. Taking follow up with BHL & OME partners for site Outages & close issue by coordinate with cross functional teams.3. Analysis on Repeated, FF & high outages, follow up with field team for outage control.4. Ensure for Daily outage con call with CI , ZOM & OME partners & sharing con call report to all concerns for further action on this .5. Tracking of Node isolation cases & >60 outage incidents
Outage Sign , KPI off & Service Penalty1.Ensure for outage report generations, validation & sign off with E// , OPCO & all OME partners on every month .2.Responsible for outage sign off as per SLA3.Tracking of repeated outages & closing infra , Estate & partner issues timely for service penalty reductions .4.KPI sign off as per agreementGovernance Meeting1. Doing monthly structured governance meeting with all OME partner, ZOM & sharing MOM points.2. Reviewing of MOM points & tracking of open issues till closer.3. Organize meetings, training programs and R & R in circle or zone level.Customer Management1. Monthly ORM with all customers & discuss on last month performance, New Energy Initiatives.2. Resolve customers queries & escalations.3. Joint visit with customer for problematic sites.4. Update Customer for any incidence/major outage at site.5. Timely sharing reports.6. I Hygiene closer .Operation & Maintenance:-1. Developing and implementing plans & schedules for maintenance operations.2. Managing predictive / preventive / shutdown maintenance for all utility equipment3. Conducting process audits; reviewing existing processes and re-designing for enhancing operational efficiency.4. Prepare Site visit plans for ZOM & CI & OME Partners on basis of high Outages & Energy.5. Ensuring that KPI's are achieved as set by management by driving and motivating the team members.6. Data analysis & making action plan for achieving set targets.7. basic Hygiene of sites .8. Frequent site visit with field team.8. Frequent site visit with field team.
People/Resource Management:1.Developing, recommending and implementing human resources strategies and policies in support of business objectives; developing & implementing a clear people strategy for the organization
  • Ensuring that services are delivered effectively through all core Human Resource components: values, people, enthusiastic team, job designs, reward, recognition, career management, performance management, training and conflict resolution.
  • Administering all employee benefit programs in conjunction with Finance and Administration departments.



  • 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES1. Achieve the infra up time target as per company in an dynamic changeExternal environment with limited resource availability.2. Identifying and resolving problem areas/issues to maintain uptime.3. Avoid customer & Business escalations for high Outages in Chronic owner issue sites.
