Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

1.Daily customer reporting plan wise bundle, SP and others2.Tracking recharge behaviour, tertiary and recharging customers against expiry 3.Tracking customer Continuity on bundle and smart pack plan device wise, circle wise, MRP wise4.Monthly subscriber addition report plan wise, engagement wise5.Grid automation report individually with each circle highlighting overall business health and CLM grid performance 6.Analysing customer usage and movement from one plan to other 7.Customer segmentation basis usage, AON, continuity, average recharging value8.Dormant customer behaviour and upgrades on bundle and smart pack9.Analysing Customer churn behaviour device wise, AON wise, pack wise and help predicting likely churn 10.MNP performance 11.Grid segmentation 12.Daily grid base validation
Skills Required :
Experience working on MS Access, SQL, MS Excel, and other tools
Experience Required :

3 to 12 Years
