Job Summary
Plan and track project roll out using Project Management tools Achieve monthly deployment targets for the assigned circle. Set and drive aggressive deployment targets in circles, to meet overall network deployment and expansion strategy.Ensure optimal site planning or Colocation Responsible to ensure that planning of sites is optimal from the point of view of maximizing tenancy. Provide inputs/approvals for project schedules/ project planning in consonance with companys expansion strategy and to meet priorities of deployment of multiple operators.
Undertake upgrade of infrastructure for existing sites. Managing physical takeover of existing sites offered by Operators for acquisition and plan and implement their up gradation. Manage expectations as per front ending interactions of SCM withCustomer regarding roll out plans, execution and expansions. Analyze and give options for site sharing with infra vendors andother operators for the circle in coordination with the planning team.Ensure complete Quality Assurance of all deployed sites. Achieve desired Quality leadership for network infrastructurerollout / infra deployment coverage& Acceptance Testing. Undertake process standardization, adherence and compliance byperiodic site quality audit. Consistent auditing & review of laid processes within the function,3in order to achieve higher level of compliance & adherence. Provide feedback to Head office regarding any process changesrequired and stay at the top of any new processes and guidelinesissued. Monitor all outflow and inflow of required report and MISgeneration.Drive premium stakeholder (strategic partner and operator) management and communication. Interact with the regulatory team for approvals such as localregulatory clearances and other statutory requirements asspecified by HO from time to time. Conduct regular meetings to evaluate performance of the partnersand their employees, not SLAs and Quality.Ensure CAPEX Efficiency at all times. Monitor project against budget and undertake corrective actions. Monitor reconciliation of invoices, payments etc with strategicpartners / local subcontractors Track the zone wise site acquisition cost as well as ensureoptimisation and reduction of the cost for all circle sites..

Job Responsibilities
Ensure timely rollout of network infrastructure through effective program management. Undertake adequate planning, deployment and managing Infrastructure Strategic Partners through Internal resources for a designated circle Undertake effective program management of deployment to ensure timely delivery (site RFI) through activities like:- Coordinate with all agencies involved including Engineering, Logistics, and Commercials for project related activities- Timely forecasting, requisitioning of material deliveries and Site provisioning to match targets. Set project priorities overseeing project execution, resource allocation required for overall network infrastructure rollout of the circle. Monitor timeliness of all contractual deliverables for the sites to be deployed e.g. Coordination in Preparation of BoQs, ordering for infrastructure, telecom infra equipment to Strategic Partners &Vendors. Monitor and report to acquisition and other relate team on results for soil testing and structural analysis. Supervise all civil and foundation work i.e. tower, shelter, DG etc through strategic partners. As well as electrification of sites. Ensure Acceptance testing of all sites declared RFIs.
