About the role

This role is envisaged to work on specific short term project assignments in the Grocery Supply chain. Projects will be focusing on improving productivity, efficiency and people practices to bring in scalable and sustainable process improvements. Incumbent is expected to work closely with multiple stakeholders in Grocery supply chain to identify and implement changes and establish review and monitoring mechanisms to ensure sustainability

About the team

In 2018, Flipkart launched Supermart - Flipkart's online grocery store, delivers Staples, Snacks & Beverages, Packaged Food, Personal Care, Baby Care, Household items, Dairy & Eggs etc . The Grocery Supply Chain team manages Inventory and Distribution Supply Chain Network which comprises Fulfillment Centres and last mile hub to reach customers.

What youll do:

• Evaluate Grocery supply chain processes end to end or specific areas identified to evaluate process gaps and improvement areas

• Identify patterns, analyze trends, assess and understand events, integrate information from teams (Operations & Central Teams) to deep dive into specific area

• Identify process bottlenecks / constraints and suggest possible solutions

• Work with the project mentor to sign off the project scope and communicate to larger stakeholders to get sponsorship for the project across the larger team

• Strategize the implementation of the project plan by communicate goals and schedules and review progress

• Balance the short term and long-term goals of the team while working on the project and drive right decision making and performance culture

• Lead all communication and collaboration with cross functional teams to maximize the outcome of the prgmail.com

• Adhere to Company standards and policies in addition to all regulatory requirement

What youll need:

Qualification

• Bachelors / Masters Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields

• 3-6 years of Supervisory Experience

• Microsoft office Suite
