HRM / CRM Executive Job in NA
Responsibilities of HRM/CRM Executive includes:
Hiring candidates
Ensuring business needs for hiring are met
Must have experience in hiring at multiple levels
Manage vendors for the office
Billing management for multiple things (phone, internet, F&B)
Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
Conduct the recruitment process
Liaise with recruitment agencies
Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
Maintaining the office decorum
Taking care of office inventory
Taking updates of Employees daily work
Take part in daily scrums
New inquiry follow-ups and meeting schedules as per the CRM
Existing client followups
Payment follow-ups from the client
Exp- 0-1 yr
Salary - 10k to 12k
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
