The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic and energetic professional, who will focus on generating revenue through business development by connecting with relevant stakeholders and helping them understand the business propositions

Responsibilities and Duties

• Successful lead generation & conversions through different channels- IPCs, Local Brokers, Partnerships and Direct Company deals
• Closing leads through generating walk-ins, conducting site visits, perform online & offline project presentations
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Building strong channel relationships with commercial brokers by attending networking events
• Updating CRM with leads and sale pipeline records
• Cross-Selling and Up Selling to existing Clients
• Existing Client Expansion
• Maintaining 100% occupancy at our centers
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Qualifications and Skills

• Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
• People from the commercial real estate sector will be preferred
• Successful previous experience in a sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• People with hustle, tenacity, and a self-motivated, problem-solving mindset will be apt for the role
• Experience 3-5 years of relevant experience
