Position Summary:

The Manager – Services & Spares Sales will be responsible for developing and expanding the Services and Spares business segment. The role demands proactive client engagement, leadership of a small team, strategic planning, and hands-on execution to meet growth targets in the assigned sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the sales of Services (Annual Maintenance Contracts, Retrofits, Upgrades) and Spares (Electrical, Automation components) for installed base across Sugar, Power, Cement, and Metal industries.

• Build and manage a team of service sales engineers.

• Identify new opportunities within existing customers for service contracts, equipment upgrades, and spare parts supply.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with plant maintenance, procurement, and project teams at customer sites.

• Prepare business plans, forecasts, and achieve agreed sales targets and margins.

• Collaborate with the technical team to propose customized service solutions for clients.

• Organize customer visits, seminars, and product presentations to promote services and spare parts offerings.

• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify business development opportunities.

• Ensure timely collection of receivables from service and spare parts business.

• Report sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management on a regular basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or related field.

• 8–12 years of experience in Service and Spares Sales, preferably in Industrial Automation and Electrical Systems.

• Strong understanding of process industries (Sugar, Power, Cement, Metals) and their operational challenges.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude.

• Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.

Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - Service Sales skill with 3+ years experience
  • Required - Bachelor's or higher education

    Required - Located in Faridabad

    Required - Good command over English,Hindi

    3 to 6 Years
