- Network, application & system security including monitoring and scans
- Firewall management and provisioning
- Support Users
- HW, SW, Network, Internet, application
- User Provisioning, onboarding and offboarding
- Application Deployment & Support
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) user management, provisioning
- MS 365 Exchange
- OneDrive, SharePoint
- Software, Server deployment
- Patches / Upgrades
- Backups, performance tuning, preventive maintenance
- Experience with system / network design including ensuring all components work together
- Hands of experience on Windows Server 2008/12/16, Domain controller, WSUS, DFS Replication.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a IT Administrator
- Understanding of Microsoft Licensing and Office365 products i
- Experience deploying / troubleshooting OneDrive and SharePoint related user issues
- Working experience on Office365 Exchange
- Hands of experience on Cyberoam or other UTM/NG firewall devices
- Understanding of ISO 27001:2013 controls
- Experience Amazon AWS and products
- Amazon AWS products (S3, EC2)
- Experience in vendor management
- Experience on Linux based OS
- Exposure in creation of automated tasks using scripts or bots
- Knowledge of Surveillance system management
- Knowledge of Access control system management
- Hands on experience on Asterisk based PBX (e.g. Elastix)
