infoAnalytica has serviced more than 250 corporations globally and delivers to industries such as Technology, Software, Telecommunications, Retail, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Financial Services (BFSI), Media and Publishing and Manufacturing. We work extensively with our North America customers Marketing, Sales and Product Management teams for supporting their marketing and demand generation needs. In this area, we have worked on a range of data verification, data validation and data mining projects. We support our customers demand generation by providing detailed organizational database of prospects that can be directly used for field sales, telemarketing, email outreach and social media to acquire customers.

InfoAnalytica Consulting is looking to hire experienced project and program managers, at its office in Ahmedabad.

The key aspects of this role:
  • Design, develop and deploy project and program specific strategies. A project or program at infoAnalytica is a planned series of activities designed to solve a customer problem or pain point. It is typically a change project as opposed to a routine production project. A change project varies by type of work, customer, pain points, and needs and requires extensive thinking on ones feet and constant problem solving vs. a standard process driven project that is routine.
  • Have the ability to plan and execute these activities within deadlines, budget and with value. Essentially, the ability to design and problem solve and manage change projects with strict timelines.
  • Timely execution of projects from start to finish with the ability to oversee and actively participate in a project or a program that will involve data, and may involve voice or research services.
  • Extensive client communication to capture implicit requirements, identify value-add opportunities and report project progress.
  • Oversee the quality of deliverables and manage customer expectations.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities will include project scheduling, project prioritization, meetings/brainstorming sessions, emails, calls, tracking MIS on multiple projects, establishing daily output and efficiency/utilization of teams, relevant escalations, and so forth.
  • Improve operational systems, processes and policies for better efficiency
  • Identify and address priorities, potential obstacles, constraints and dependencies when developing/managing plans or schedules
  • Work with other key stakeholders to build efficient processes and systems using technology, and smooth handshakes.
  • Work with HR and Recruitment teams to build A grade talent
  • Responsible and accountable for overall quality and timely delivery of all projects within the organization. He or she will work closely with the IT department in organizing and creating an environment that makes information accessible with appropriate channels of access controls. In this collaborative role, one would also work with key internal and external stakeholders as well as departmental leaders and executives, fostering a relationship of trust and playing an advisory role for all projects
Required skills and experience
  • Exceptional organization skills to manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrated success in auditing and supervising teams, especially within BPO and data operations.
  • With a highly creative and analytical skill set, he or she should be a strategic thinker, a problem solver and should have the ability to work seamlessly in a collaborative setup, with top-leadership and executives.
  • Should possess the ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects, meet tight deadlines, and remain calm and composed during times of uncertainty and stress.
  • This will be a highly collaborative role. Hence, it is imperative that you have exceptional communication skills; are able to understand customer requirements, communicate these with clarity, conviction and precision to cross functional managers, build and execute a roadmap that ensures output that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Project Management experience in multiple verticals, industries and functions is preferred
  • Good technology insight and awareness preferred
  • Extensive prior experience in managing projects, end-to-end, with complete ownership
