Answer any and all queries related to our services in a manner that instills confidence
and encourages a customer to transact with us.
Learn the workings of the service, explaining the same to the customers and answering
all queries related to them.
Adapt to new customer situations and anticipating new kinds of queries is essential while
we as a company understand our customers better.
You will also be an integral part of our launch team and will be expected to share any feedback that customers may have towards improving our services.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through resolution
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate
organic growth
Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
