Daily Process & Product audit on Engine Assembly Line& Testing .
SPC & MSA (Statistical Process Control) measures to achieve
Quality target.
DWM Monitoring
Daily analysis for in-house rejection & RTV (Return to vendor) rejection through QCRT aproach (PPM)
Daily audit for CTQ parameters & Z stage.
Kaizen related to quality and adherence of 5S and standardize work in shop floor
Attending & solving of Assembly & Parts problems for achieving the Quality targets through 7-QC tools & QC story.
Layout inspection for machining parts.
Problem Solving through QC Story Approch on Assembly & testing Concerns
Adharance to LQOS , APQP requrements
Deeply involvement in the document updation like that PFMEA, Control Plan,PFC.
Working on Zero Defects for assembly & Testing Process
Knowladge on Engine Testing Parameters
Lead QCRT
Adharance to ISO- TS , IATF, MQS Excellence,TMW
Handling of man power for shift allotment, IR issue etc.
