Territory Manager Ie Service Job in Mahindra & mahindra ltd

Responsibility

1. To ensure customer satisfaction by timely complaint resolution within defined SLAs thru service dealerships

2. To ensure adherence to scheduled maintenance services thru service dealerships

3. To build & manage relationships with all customers

4. To ensure timely availability of spare parts at service dealerships covering all models

5. To meet service revenue targets & timely service payment collections

6. To establish & develop service dealer network

7. To ensure that all service dealerships adhere to required service norms & skilled manpower

8. To develop service network capability by coaching, motivating & guiding channel

9. To ensure Product reliability by tracking & resolving key service problems in the area

10. To send timely Market Intelligence and MIS reports to headquarters at Mumbai

Experience- 4-6 years

Industry- DG, Power Plant

Qualification- BE / B. Tech / Elec / Mech.
