Job Summary
  • Vendor bill posting and Reconciliation
  • Reconciliation payment receipts
  • Review the assigned GL for each transaction and reconciliation of bank & credit card
  • Preparing, Reviewing and Tracking recurring expenses on monthly bases
  • Prepare the commission reports of sales representatives every month & record them
  • Payroll processing, entries & payroll reconciliation
  • Review A/R aging & match the customer ledger balances
  • Maintaining accurate financial reports and Performing ledger scrutiny
  • Updating document checklist, document library and client reports
  • Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
  • Plan, assign, review staff s work
  • Work under the supervision of a senior account executive
  • Sales tax calculation and filling
  • Monthly/Yearly reviewing and finalizing AR, AP, bank accounts, credit card, depreciation and amortizing of assets, financial statement, accrued expenses, tax calculation.
Experience Required :
