Job Summary

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by providing excellent client communication, offering support, troubleshooting issues, and efficiently managing bug reports. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around resolving client inquiries and issues, creating tickets, and ensuring a smooth client experience during the night shift.

What you ll be doing:

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients regarding our eCommerce applications.
  • Assist clients in resolving basic technical issues and answer their queries.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot reported bugs and issues in a systematic manner.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify root causes and potential solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed tickets for client-reported issues.
  • Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles for common client queries.

What you ll bring:

  • 3-4 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce applications and web technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and issue management tools.
