Technology - Product Engineer

Role Description:

Build the next generation of big data analytical platforms by integrating multiple very large-scale data sources. This is an opportunity to own the entire development process from inception to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the platform development process from inception to production deployment, including project scheduling, design, implementation and coordination with other team members.
• Design and develop new components of the big data platform.
• Work closely with Product Management and Data Scientist teams to define and refine the big data platform to achieve company product and business objectives.
• Participate in critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
• Research and experiment with emerging technologies and tools related to big data.

Qualifications/Certifications

• B.E/ B. Tech/ M.S/ M.C.A

What are we looking for?

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software development
• Extensive experience with object-oriented software development methodologies & practices and agile/iterative development projects
• Hands on experience in Java/ Python programming
• Experience with J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, OOAD/OOPS/UML, Design Patterns, XML, XSLT.
• Exposure to Electrode/ React, NodeJS, AngularJS, Redux, Mocha, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, AJAX, Responsive Design
• General Web 2.0 Techniques in the context of interactive Web Applications
