Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and generate new opportunities across various industry verticals. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our solutions in sectors such as Healthcare, E-learning, eCommerce, and FinTech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through bidding portals, social media, cold calling, emails, and other channels.
  • Conduct business meetings and calls with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
  • Provide consultation to clients in different industry verticals, including Healthcare, E-learning, eCommerce, and FinTech.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Promote company products/services and offer customized solutions based on client requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a software development company in a business development, sales, or similar role.
  • Proven track record as a Business Development Manager or Sales Executive, with a successful sales record.
  • Strong understanding of IT terminologies and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Bitrix24) and MS Office.
  • Consulting experience in trending technologies such as Blockchain, AI, ML, AR/VR is a plus.
  • Customer support experience is a bonus.

Qualification :
Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
Experience Required :

Minimum 2 Years
