Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced SEO and Digital Marketing (DM) Manager to oversee all search engine optimization and digital marketing activities. You will manage SEO strategies including content planning, link building, and keyword optimization to boost rankings across major search networks. Additionally, you will manage SEM campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proven expertise in Technical SEO.

  • Lead and mentor the SEO team to ensure the successful execution of SEO strategies.

  • Oversee On-Page, Off-Page, Content Writing, and Social Media Marketing initiatives.

  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics, PPC campaigns, and overall digital marketing performance.

  • Manage campaign budgets, estimate costs, and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Optimize website copy and landing pages for better search engine marketing performance.

  • Perform continuous keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.

  • Research and implement recommendations for search engine optimization.

  • Analyze and monitor competitor advertising and link-building strategies.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive link-building strategy.

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new website code.

  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to enhance SEO efforts in content creation and planning.

  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, and linking to improve SEO rankings for target keywords.

  • Manage SEM campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.

  • Understand performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition strategies.

  • Utilize website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture) to drive performance improvements.

  • Use bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo) for efficient SEM management.

  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize marketing efforts.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and SEM.

  • Proven experience leading a team and managing digital marketing campaigns.

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, including technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and keyword optimization.

  • Solid understanding of PPC campaigns, bid management tools, and performance marketing.

  • Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, or Web Trends.

  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.

  • Knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

  • Up-to-date with the latest SEO and SEM best practices and trends.
